Lukas and Austin are both Winona State University (WSU) College of Business graduates and operate Buzzin' Coffee out of Winona, Minnesota. Like many college students, Lukas began drinking energy drinks to stay focused and get through the day. This was until he became passionate about coffee, and sourcing the highest quality beans for the best value. He then decided he’d like to share his experience with others. He started a business to fulfill his passion and invited Austin to join the adventure.

 

Lukas grew up in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and moved to Winona to attend college. He chose WSU because he loved the area's beauty and the College of Business programs that WSU had to offer. Lukas majored in Business Administration, with minors in Management and Human Resources Management. He graduated in 2021 and continues to live in Winona, MN.

 

Austin grew up within Buffalo County and Winona County, on both sides of the Mississippi. He chose WSU because of the Mississippi River and Winona being so close to family. Austin will graduate from WSU in May 2023 with a major in Marketing and Minors in Professional Selling and Entrepreneurship and plans to stay in Winona after graduation.
